Audio Problems between LG monitor and Mac Studio

I have a LG 49WL95C-W 49 Inch 32:9 UltraWide monitor connected to a Mac Studio via HDMI cable. Video works fine. There is no audio (yes, that monitor has build-in speakers). I've spent hours checking everything and researching online and cannot find any reason why this is happening. Any help? Thanks.

Found the Solution: In the LG monitor menu go to: settings-general-input compatibility version- and switch from 2.1 (PC) to 2.1 (AV) and this will resolve the issue.
