Ventura screwed my shortcuts - Mac Pro M1 Touchbar

After I updated to Ventura 13.3.1 some of my keyboard shortcuts have stopped working. When I press fn key, desktop is displayed, although in my keyboard settings i have setup fn key to show emojis. This also does not allow me to use Function keys since when I press fn key I am taken to blank desktop. Other keyboard shortcuts like three finger selection of text for copy, three finger left or right swipe to navigate in browser also not working. Tried my way by reinstalling macOS but the problem persists. Is anyone else facing this issue.
