iPhone XS max is shocking me

Pretty sure my iPhone is shocking me. Not from static electricity but like a current! Saw where it might not be grounded? I’m a 71yo iphone illiterate so hard for me to understand much. 😑 Sorry. started a few days ago so i got a new battery and charging cube & cord. No change. Now it says my battery might not be Apple approved?

Therefore, I believe that this is a systemic issue rather than a defect in a specific model. Given that this problem is affecting multiple devices, I am hesitant to submit my device for R&D support. I would appreciate it if Apple could provide a comprehensive explanation for this issue and take appropriate action to address it. It is concerning that this issue has not been addressed by Apple in any official articles or publications. One support representative suggested using a leather case to mitigate the risk of shock, but this solution is not a permanent solution. Is there any reasonable evidence to support this claim? Is this a feature or what?
