Why are my AirPods Pro showing as 2 separate Bluetooth device? One for the left and one for the right AirPod. When I try to connect sound only plays on one of the AirPods one at a time.

I have tried what many has said to forget the device of both but it’s still showing as separate and still won’t work someone please help!

Thanks for reaching out Thomas_Buttaro,

It sounds like you're seeing two different AirPods showing on your device. We can help.

Have you shared audio with another set of AirPods previously? That could be the cause of the screen you're seeing if you have. Check out this article to Share audio with AirPods and Beats headphones from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and see if it matches what's showing on your end.

If you're still having trouble with your AirPods after that, you can connect with Apple directly using either Apple Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.

Hope that helps.

Take care.
