It's 2023. How can I send and receive iMessages using my Windows PC?

One of my most used features using an Android phone alongside a Windows desktop PC was being able to send and receive text messages from my PC (via my phone). How can I do this without having to buy an Apple computer?

iMessages only work between Apple devices.

Hey Bob, Thanks for the reply. It looks like Microsoft's "Your Phone" app will connect with iPhones via Bluetooth, but you need both Windows 11 and Bluetooth, neither of which I have. So, knowing it can be done, I'm wondering if there are other solutions.
