My ipad (ipad pro 2022 M2) has an area that can't be written with apple pencil 2, it's a small gap inside the screen, is that normal? If so, can i use the warranty? I just bought it 2 months ago and didn't buy Applecare+.

Apple devices purchased new have at least one-year limited warranty. If your iPad has a fault while within its limited warranty, Apple will repair or replace the iPad.


In the first instance, you would be best advised to seek help from the retailer from which it was purchased. Otherwise, you would be well advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where you will be able to demonstrate the issue to the technicians, who in turn will be able to test and assess your iPad:
