My iPhone can't access cellular data

My phone won’t connect to the towers it won’t do anything but pick up wifi why n what caused it it says can’t access cellular data why do I do because all I have is a chrome book

Cellular data issue last night a cellular data issue came up on my iPhone. It’s allowing me to connect to my home Wi-Fi, but will not let me call or message anybody. When I leave my home Wi-Fi to go out, my data will not work, I can’t get in contact with anyone.
