Hi. recently my iPhone 11 got internet connection problem. the internet always got Egde and sometime shown 4G but no internet connection. My telco in maxis. Whenever i contacted customer service Maxis, they said they received so many reports regarding on the same problem which is from iPhone 11 users. So, this issue obviously is related to software compatibility, not the telco. Some said iPhone 11 does not support 5G.
Anyone got the same problem?
I have had the same issue for 2 months. Maxis does not have a solution for the problem.
I tested with Celcom sim on the same phone and it works fine.
After many calls with Maxis, the only solution to this issue is to switch from Maxis to Celcom.
Yes me too, I having same issue. The network status is Edge and I can’t access the intenet. How to fix the issues?

I mean - in latest models of iPhone network is more stable.
IC network damage. Board will damage if possible. Fix mine around RM570 for both problem. But most of the time ip11 face ic network problem.
