Unable to Connect error when connecting to my healthcare provider
When attempting to connect to my healthcare providers portal via the health app, I am getting an error “unable to connect. Try again later”. The healthcare provider is active and others in my office can connect. I am also able to connect to other healthcare systems. I am also able to log into my provider’s patient portal, so I know my credentials are correct. Location services are also turned on.
Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?
