cannot connect my hospital to Apple health
iPhone, 14 Pro Max iOS 17.
I am unable to connect my hospital to the Apple health app.
I can select my hospital. Enter my username and password and go to the next screen. Select the items I want shared and then when I go to connect, it says unable to connect please try again later I have been able to connect when I was on iOS 16.. but it seems to have stopped working back in July.
again, I can see the hospital allow access share for six months or a year. When I click allow access at the bottom, it tries to connect and it says unable to connect. Please try again later.
any help would be grateful.
and so we don’t have to repeat anything. I have verified the steps a few times I’ve tried multiple ways and still no luck. It just keeps telling me cannot connect. Please try again later.
I am not on any VPNs i am on my home network and my carrier is Verizon.
I have tried just using my Wi-Fi network and I have also tried just using my Carrier network so it’s the same error unable to connect. Please try again later. it has been like this since June 2023 for me. I know it connects cause it has in the past and I was able to get my hospital records without any issues. I do this because I used to be on dialysis and now I received a new kidney and so this helps me follow a lot. Easier my labs.
