iPhone Updating a passwordless live.com email on Mailapp
How do I update the Mail App so that I can access emails now I've updated my outlook account to a passwordless one?

So I worked this out myself. Keeping the post on in case anyone else gets stuck!
I went to iPhone settings app, Mail and accounts, then deleted my email account and then reinstalled. That worked, as it prompted the authentication app to open and I could approve that way.
