I’ve followed the instructions but I can turn off the parental controls by pressing ignore on my sons phone. No passcode needed

I’ve added the timing restrictions to my sons phone. But I’ve just checked and it can be turned off on his phone by pressing ignore.

Hi! To turn off the Ignore setting, open your Screen Time settings. Press Downtime, and then press Block Device during Downtime. Your son will no longer be able to ignore the settings. Hope this helps!
