battery notification

1. Can I get a sound or notification to know when my battery is fully charged?
2. Can I get a sound when is about to die? (I get notification when the battery is low but on the screen, can I get a sound?)
3. Is it good to keep connected all the time a MacBook Pro chip M2?

I have a bad experience with my old MacBook Air 13 " which is not that old, 2017 or 2018 or around that year. I used to leave it all time charging and the battery for sure decrease it's life time quick (I think), at some point the battery was super bad that the computed shut down suddenly, the screen turned off and so on. I am a bit afraid that if I leave this brand new laptop always charging the same may happen. So what are the recommendations for a long life time battery?
