workflow solution for email, calendar and tasks

I am searching for an all-in-one solution for managing email, calendar and tasks that will also sync between my apple devices. I have Outlook, but tasks don't sync across devices unless you have an exchange account (I have goggle accounts). I have google, but can't seem to add both of my gmail accounts (one is business through workspace) into one account, because I keep getting error or "authentication failed" messages. I don't want to use the apple apps because they're not integrated and I have to use three apps, which doesn't make for an efficient workflow. I am beyond frustrated and would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!
