Wondering if the caps lock could have been on accidentally,
ie: no lower case : and it appears as ,,,,,,,,,,, so is not noticed.
One idea is to create the password in a text file, where it can clearly be seen and checked, "copy" to clipboard, and just "paste" it into the password field ...
