Unable to load video / An error occurred while loading a higher-quality version of this video

Hey keyboard warrior, this doesn't work with older videos that were not backed-up to iCloud.

I tried most of these suggestions and nothing worked. I then decided to try and duplicate the video and it worked!! Hopefully this helps.

I’m having the same problem, my phones up to date, I’ve tried restarting it several times and my internet connection is fine, tried the favourite on and off trick and it still didn’t work

Not sure if this was what resolved this, but I had the same errors. Turning off the phone once I think resets some settings. I could play my videos again.

Thank you, it worked. Now my system wont download the new iOS update 1,44 GB cause i dont have ''enough space'' when i lit have like 30GB left

Thank you SO MUCH! This worked however it said it could not save the edited video due to an error. Once I canceled the original video no longer had an exclamation point saying it could not upload.
