why does my screen go black while watching netflix
I just got a new Mac book pro, while I watch Netflix the screen will flash on and off, how do I fix this

We want to help you stream content on Netflix seamlessly. Do you notice if this happens when you are watching content in full-screen mode or with subtitles enabled? If so, can you try disabling subtitles or closing out of full screen mode and testing the issue again? This would be an isolation step to see if it affects the issue as a potential workaround and not a long-term solution, of course, since we would want you to be able to utilize full screen mode and subtitles as you prefer.
