Hi, I'm looking to export my apple podcasts to a specific folder on my computer in mp3 (so I can run them on my Obsidian note taking application. I am on a Mac mini M1 on MacOS Ventura

I was able to find the .mp3 in ~/Library/Group Containers/243LU875E5.groups.com.apple.podcasts/Library/Cache - it will have some gibberish name but you can use the download date and in some cases the podcast art as the file image to identify the one you are looking for. From there you can drag the file to your desktop or wherever.
Drag and drop didnt work for me. Aslo, Copy and pasting the link onto my desktop in Sonoma wont work. I have an imac, FYI. wish there was another solution ....:)
This worked for me in Sonoma. I then created an alias to this folder which I placed on my desktop for easy future access.
