iPhone green light in dynamic island always on

Hello community,

for around a month now I have experienced my camera usage light being active at all times. I have combed the forums for something that would work but have yielded no results. As of current all applications have been force closed and all permissions to all applications requesting use of the camera have been denied. I have also denied screen times access to the camera as well using content and privacy restrictions > allowed apps > camera,FaceTime,SharePlay (off). After shutting down my phone and rebooting the light remains off for approximately 20-30 seconds then turns back on even with all camera permissions denied. Any help solving this problem would be greatly appreciated!
