Why is there no wallet/Apple Pay listed in my iMac settings menu? I have followed all the steps suggested to fix the issue - Settings-Screen time-Content and Privacy-App restriction, turned on Allow wallet, then restarted the computer, and still no Wallet in the menu... what else?

So, is your Mac OS update to the latest or not? Mac OS 13.4 is the latest.
What iMac model number and what OS is it on? Does it have biometric authentication, fingerprint or facial recognition?
I think that is the issue, but you can try updating the OS on your Mac.

It says At This Time but doesn't say why or what to do to make it available
