Ventura 13.4, two-monitor, wake from sleep wallpaper interval change main monitor broken

Ventura 13.4 has introduced a wake-from-sleep main monitor wallpaper issue. Images fail to change at optioned intervals.

Apple resolved the Ventura 13.3 two-monitor screensaver issue with the release of 13.4. Now wallpaper is broken. As with the screensaver issue, this wallpaper issue affects only the main monitor. This latest OS irritant is that main monitor pictures do not change at selected intervals.

Logging out and back in is the temporary fix.

Sleep issue with switching screen sides on wakeup needs to be fixed I read through that the fix for the issue of your monitor screen switching sides upon wake up was to turn off sleep. That's not a solution that's a Band-Aid and if something as simple as sleep is screwed up in the new Mac mini then I would expect the proper solution and a fix would be in order considering how much money we spent on the tiny little thing just to have extra ram and ssd space. When will this issue be fixed? Is it a software issue or a hardware issue? If it's hardware will apple cover the problem?

MacOS changes display orientation to 90 degrees randomly Hi, I have had this issue for about a year now. When my Mac Mini goes into energy saver mode, sometimes it will change the display orientation to 90 degrees when the computer wakes back up. I do sometimes use 90 degree orientation with my display, but this happens after I have already changed it back to standard. This issue happens randomly as well, not every time the computer wakes back up from energy saver mode. How can I set the display orientation to standard permanently? Thank you.

mac mini m1 resolution resets after long sleep When I sleep my M1 mac mini 16b overnight, it wakes to the MINIMUM resolution. A screen grab here is captured at 1280x720. When I then reboot the machine, the resolution matches my monitor. The screen grab below has the resolution 3840x2160. If I sleep the machine during the day, and leave it for a couple of hours, the resolution also does not reset. It only happens if I sleep it overnight. My mac also suffers from the dreaded https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252106534 flicker bug that seems to plague the 16gb M1 minis.
