I have been severely overcharged when buying coins to play this game. How do I dispute this and have someone look into the history of the purchases and what is was charged?

Same thing. Purchase one thing and see multiple or double the amount. Or charged for items / packages not chosen.

This is not the only on-game app that is fraudulently double, sometimes, triple billing, for points packages. I was playing Jackpot Party Casino and noticed they were doing the same thing.
Yes! I disputed the double charge and Paypal made it right. I no longer purchase any points or packages from on-line gaming companies because what they are getting away with is nothing but fraud.
But this is not illegal? How come this chat has claims for more than 3 years, and nothing has been fixed?
8/31/24 was the second time I was DOUBLE charged!! The first time I couldn’t figure out how to fight it and figured out it was a fluke, but now it happened again!!!! How do you stop this!?!?

this also happened to me. I bought a couple of package deals throughout the day $1.99 $5.99 and $7.99 it came out over $100. I just got credited back today. I had to cancel my debit card $134 what I got back. So yesterday I bought a couple of packages the firs two or three purchases was normal then I try to get one more and they declined my card. I looked in the charge was $29.99 the original fee was $5.99 that’s crazy. I wonder if we can talk to someone through Royal Match.
Only way to get your money back is to go through your credit card company. Royal Match customer service out right lies. First they claimed I wasn’t charged and when I provided proof they said they would re-instate the purchase (I know how big of them to want to give me something I paid for). I’m still waiting.
