Why has my iPhone 14 pro for the past few weeks decided to print to my HP printer in black and white only?
I’ve checked settings on both. It’s not the printer because I can print in colour from my laptop and other phones. I have the latest updates installed.
I’m in the UK.
Did you enable Print in Colour under Print Options (Refer to the 9th image in the Pic below)?
iPhone 12 Pro with HP Deskjet Printer 3830 with Airprint.
Please check the pic below which is self-explanatory and will work depending on the printer model that you have.
I do not have those options my printer is an HP 2600 series
For some strange reason the colour option isn’t there. It prints out in colour from other sources. That’s why I’m thinking it’s an iPhone problem
