Silenced blocked/unknown & spam calls on iPhone 14 Pro Max still ringing on iPad 9th:

1) Is there away to silence unwanted calls (already silenced calls on iPhone) on synced iPad? There is no phone app on iPad, there’s no contacts app on iPad, which adds even more questions, 2) Why are iPhone apps not on iPad (making syncing much easier)? There are no settings for FaceTime on iPad to correct the problem of blocked calls ringing. 3) Why would Apple have iPhone and iPad synced and leave something so important unaddressed? Seems counterproductive, confusing and frustrating. If I don’t want to hear spam calls ring on iPhone why would I want them to ring on iPad? Last question is rhetorical. Thanks
