Persistent pop-up: “UserAgent” is damaged and can’t be opened.

Hello, I suddenly started getting this pop-up:

If I click "Cancel", it goes away, but comes back 30 seconds later. If I click "Move to Trash", it gives the following error:

I force quit a process called "UserAgent" in Activity Monitor, but that didn't do anything. I've also searched my computer for "UserAgent" but can't seem to find anything useful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

the search program I use is the very nice Find Any File by Thomas Tempelman. It is very low cost, and has substantial trial usage.

The advantage over system find is that its DOES look in system directories, once you give permission to look there. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of confusing stuff in system directories, in which case use Spotlight or Finder instead.
