Multipoint paired bluetooth beeps "connected" repeatedly when Iphone 13 autolocks
I am a new convert to Apple. My issue: I have Shokz Open Comm UC bluetooth headphones that are multipoint paired to my computer and my Iphone 13. When the phone autolocks the screen, the headphones begin beeping and stating "connected" about every 3 minutes.... this does not occur if the phone is unlocked and the screen is on. Note: this issue DID NOT occur when multipoint paired to my Android, and I have already had Shokz send a replacement headphone ruling those out as the issue.
Why is this occuring, and more importantly how can this be corrected? Please don't reply with simple solutions... repair the headphones, do a reset on the headphones and re-pair. All of the "simple" and google-able solutions have been attempted.
The distraction during my workday from the bluetooth disconnecting an reconnecting is causing me to consider returning to android. I need the ability for successful multipoint pairing and Shokz are the only headphones that work for me (Noise canceling, not in or over ear).
