Just automatically upgraded to this version of Outlook and my Junk Mail folder is missing. How do I get it back or does it only appear when there is something in it on this version?
I am using MacOS Big Sur 11.7.7.

3. If you see "More," click on it. This should reveal additional folders, and hopefully, your Junk Mail folder is among them.
If you don't find your Junk Mail folder after doing these steps, there's another thing we can try. In Outlook, go to "Preferences," then "General," and uncheck the box for "Hide On My Computer folders." After doing this, check again if the Junk Mail folder is now visible.

Thanks for your help. I upgraded to 16.73.2 but it made no difference. However I have now reverted to the 'old' Outlook format and the Junk mail folder is back. So it looks like the new format was the issue.
Update to 16.73.2 and see if that makes difference. Do not use the "new" Outlook format.
Sorry those didn't help. Have you had an opportunity to contact Microsoft Support about this yet? If not, you should, as it is their product and they are the ones responsible to verify that it works with new releases of macOS.

Thanks for your response. I have looked through the article but can't see anything relating to the Junk Mail folder or a missing folder.
I also had issues with the "new" outlook so staying with the old Outlook for now.
