To do this, please go to: Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. Now, please turn the switch next to “Silence Unknown Callers” OFF.

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers, and turn this off. If you are still not getting calls, then contact your cellular provider, they will have a record of the calls whether this switch is turned on/off to verify that a call was actually made.

Go to settings, and scroll down to phone and click on that. Scroll down to silence unknown callers. It will probably say on. Click on the arrow to the right and a new screen opens. Turn off the green button where it says silence unknown callers.

Go to settings, then scroll down to phone and click open. Then, scroll down to blocked contacts and click open. There will be your list of blocked calls. Push the edit button top right in blue. This will create red circles with a white minus sign by all the numbers. Choose the number you wish to unblock and click on the red circle. When you do that, the number will have a bright red box to the right come up and say unblock. Click on the unblock word and that will clear that number from your blocked list.
Select green phone icon>recent>i.>Unblock this Caller
There’s also a “Silence Junk Callers” setting.
I also have Robokiller that I have to turn off as well.
