On my minors phone the media & purchase password settings is grayed out. It won’t let me change it to require password after 15 minutes. It’s currently on free downloads for needing a password. She also has to put her password 3 times before it downloads. This is an iPhone 13 with family sharing. My family sharing doesn’t show any options for media purchase passwords.
