So you let them take over the computer.
That is not being hacked, that is you allowing access.
You have as such not been hacked. So nothing to clean. You can of course always restore the Mac and set it up again to erase everything and remove anything they may have installed.

Please describe the symptoms your Mac is experiencing. It's more likely that you have inadvertently installed some type of malware or adware rather than having been hacked.
There are no "deep cleaning" apps for the Mac that are worth installing. More often than not apps of this type cause more problems than they claim to fix.
I advise that you download and run the Malwarebytes utility application. The app was designed solely to seek out adware and known malware and remove it. It’s a popular tool among veteran users here in the Community. Run the app and see if it can identify any malware you may have accidentally installed. The free version is probably all you need at this point to identify and quarantine potential problems.
Did you allow them to access your computer?
Did you provide financial or other personal information?
If so, immediately change all passwords ever used on that computer
If so, immediately contact your financial institution for steps to deal with the scam.
You have encountered some sort of malware.
Apple has no provision to report that your Mac has been "hacked" nor that you should contact them for assistance. It's some sort of scam.
Please follow the good guidance given above by stedman1 and Phil0124.
Also, I think you'll want to remove the AnyDesk app. You'll find guidance for that here: https://support.anydesk.com/knowledge/anydesk-on-macos
I was on the phone for an hour before I hung up . no accounts were accessed as far as I now
It's highly unlikely your Mac was hacked unless someone had physical access to it. What makes you think it was hacked?
