Just bought a new MacBook Pro.
Turned on Apple TV+ and trying to Airplay to Apple TV. The dialog box popped up: this video is not in a format to be played on your TV (something like that).
But this is not correct. I watch the same video using my iPad Pro applying to Apple TV.
So there is nothing wrong with the format of the video. Rather it is MacBook Pro dislike playing with my early generation Apple TV?

What is the model Apple TV box? Apple TV+ is supported on 3rd generation (2012) or later models, not earlier models. That excludes AirPlay to 2nd generation (2010) as well.
