How do I turn on/off my home theater with the Siri Remote 2

i can control the volume of my home theater but I can’t turn it on/off with the Siri Remote 2 my home theater is a Harman Kardon H 200 and I have Apple TV HD and a Samsung TV from 2016 and my Harman Kardon H 200 is plugged into my arc hdmi port

Siri Remote not turning off actual TV Just purchased the newest Apple TV 4K (3rd Generation) with the Siri Remote. The Apple TV Controller is not turning off the actual tv, it’s just turning off the Apple TV. It will turn on the Apple TV and the TV but will not do both when holding down the power button on the Apple controller. I have gone into the Apple TV settings-remote and devices-control tvs and receivers is turned on. And I’ve gone into the actual TVs settings and turned on CEC and it still will not turn off the TV TV. Does anyone know how to fix this?

My AppleTV Siri Remote does not power on my Panasonic TV. I must use the Pan. Remote and press its red button after the Apple TV is on. The Siri Remote does power off both Pan. for that to work then the system has to support hdmi-cec and it has to be enabled Consumer Electronics Control - Wikipedia

not all devices support it, and some may not have it enabled as default
