I turned on my laptop, even though I have a very basic and easy password it doesn’t accept and even doesn’t let me to recover. When I go to reset password page it says „there are no users on this volume to recover“.

Are you sure you aren't switched to a different keyboard (like german)? Because i had this kind of issue, and then i noticed that i switched keyboards. Also, have you tried restarting?
Try to restart your Mac by clicking on the button or holding the Touch ID button on the keyboard.
Also, are you connected to the internet? Because if you aren't, it probably won't let you reset it.
My keyboard is German but I also changed it to eng and nothing change! My problem is it doesn’t even let me reset the password!
