I bought my MacBook Pro from eBay and after a few months I noticed that someone else email is added in Find My on my machine although iCloud login is mine.
I contacted the person from whom I bought and he says that he removed it my his devices but I can still see his email on Find my.
Any solution please.

Can you simply delete the email? Are you talking about Mac's mail or some other app? Can you not removed the email account within the email app? Can you possibly ask the seller to delete it on the Mac you now have?
Create a new admin user account, login using it and delete what you don't want.
You might want to consider doing what the included link instructs to achieve best possible security.
