BootCamp Windows 10 install Windows cannot locate the disc and partition

Hello, i have a 2019 MacBook Pro running macOS Ventura 13.4

I am trying to install Windows 10 in BootCamp but keep getting the following error when it boots to the Windows installer:

"Windows cannot locate the disc and partition specified in the unattend answer file's <ImageInstall> setting. Make sure the setting references a valid partition and restart the installation."

I have tried using multiple versions of windows, verified the checksum, backed up macOS to TimeMachine and reinstalled it, reset SMC and PRAM. When it boots back to macOS i still have the OSXRESERVED and BOOTCAMP partition until i don't remove them with BCA. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
