I have a 2018 13in. Pro 2.3 GHz Core i5. I'm intrigued by Ventura features, but don't want mess up a perfectly running machine. Thoughts?

If it was mine I wouldn't hesitate to upgrade to Ventura.
I wouldn't do it without a backup (but I also wouldn't go without a backup even if not upgrading).

There was no performance issues on my iMac Pro, which uses Intel chips.
My thought is, I would run Ventura on every Mac I own if they were all compatible.
+1 Ventura better implementation than Big Sur.
So, no performance issues with an Intel chip? They say it's compatible, but I'm cautious since I don't have an M chip.
