When I try to download apps to my MacBook Pro and it keeps telling me I need to contact my software manufacturers

so I just recently purchased the MacBook Pro and I was trying to download apps to my computer and it keeps telling me I need to contact my software manufacturers, anyone else has had this problem ? Please help !

The App Store should only show compatible apps, so here are 2 things to try:


I checked the System Status page and all servers seem to be operating normally.
