so I just recently purchased the MacBook Pro and I was trying to download apps to my computer and it keeps telling me I need to contact my software manufacturers, anyone else has had this problem ? Please help !

The App Store should only show compatible apps, so here are 2 things to try:

It is possible that the App is a 32-bit app and needs to be updated 64-bit. As indicated, you would need to contact the developer to see if the app has a version compatible with the OS of your Mac.
Does it only happen from a particular web site or does it occur when using the App Store?
It's only happening when I'm using the App Store and I'm trying to download something .
