I got a new macbook and I want to transfer my info from my old one but my old one has a virus. What is the best way to do that?

If you're sure that the old one has a virus (Macs dont often get viruses) first scan the old one with malwarebytes anti malware free version to see if you can remove the malware/virus

If you cannot remove it, and you're sure that your Mac is infected, I would not transfer any files to rule out cross-contamination
