Reming an eMail from a Thread:
You can't remove an eMail from a thread. You'd just have to erase the eMail message, the next time you go about replying to it for forwarding it out. It wont show in the recipient's end.

About eMails:
There's nothing you can really do about this. That's the way eMail protocols are designed to work: SMTP, POP3, and IMAP4.
