I was charged twice for something I didn’t purchase. And at top of the transaction wasn’t made from my bank card which I use as payment method for Apple. It was done from my mobile phone balance. And now I can’t even find what money were spent on.

How can I reach support without going 7 rings of ****? I was wrongly charged by Apple and they didn’t use the payment method I appointed. It was charged from mobile phone balance which should be impossible unless they have some new policy I obviously missed. I checked purchase history: nothing. I don’t have any subscriptions, nothing active. I went down to 2021 the year I bought this iPhone, and nothing. I called cellular company but they don’t work with Apple (not a surprise) and all they could do is stop all purchases coming from this **** company. I went on support app (what a useless piece of work) and my case isn’t in their functions as it been sending me to walk in circles since it can only help if you made a purchase. And I didn’t! And the app shows it’s clearly! But still charged! How do I contact someone without being disconnected because my previous attempt was shut after few messages I exchanged with support representative and can’t reopen the chat again

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16

Troubleshooting Purchases Over-the-Phone:

A. Wait Until you Return:

If you are just visiting, then wait until you get back to the U.S.

B. Screenshare with Apple:

If you need to prove something to Apple, then screenshare with the Apple Rep, so they can see this firsthand, from YOUR perspective.

C. Secure your Info:

Being this is a concern for anccount access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail address and use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

Thanks for reply! I did as you recommended and was able to have a chat with Support. Unfortunately, they also didn’t see any purchase history and suggested I call US, which will be very expensive as I’m in Kazakhstan right now. I’ll see what we can do about it. Recently, I became disappointed in Apple: way too many small issues with this and that. Such is earbuds not charging, or iPhone asks for my password to login to Apple ID randomly and too often. I also had issues with linking my bank card before and also struggled with this. The list may go on and on. It feels as it all forces me to buy new iPhone or AirPods. Anyway thanks for help!
