Reminders not Syncing from Mac

Hi All,

I am having an issue with my reminders syncing properly. If I create a new reminder on my phone it syncs and shows up on my computer. However, if I create a reminder on my computer, it does not sync to my phone.

I have tried all the basic stuff: making sure its turned on in icloud; logged into same account; internet access; date and time settings; software updates; etc....

Any suggestions?

Same problem here. Reminders syncs across all devices and the iCloud web app, but not desktop. Desktop gets the latest but can't push any changes you make on it. Problem just showed up one day and never went away. I was hoping installing the latest OS (Sonoma) would fix it but no such luck. It's been over a year now...

Resolution: In reminders there are "lists" that have to be synced across all of your devices in order to be properly associated with the reminders in iCloud. I recommend creating a list under the "iCloud" option in reminders and moving all of your reminders there. it's simple.. more customizable than lists NOT in iCloud and immediately syncs to all devices signed into the same Apple ID

THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION

Hi, thank you for you response. However, I am afraid you missed the mark. My reminders are configured properly…. As evidenced by the fact that the issue I presented was an isolated one. It’s not like I could never get my reminders to sync, the issue was that at a particular moment they were not syncing, suggesting a connectivity issue or a bug in the system.

In my original post I actually indicated that I had gone through all the common configurations, including ensuring that iCloud sync was on.
