Mobile billing payment method doesn't show.
Hi all.
I have added my mobile billing as my payment method. It added successfully and is set up. I have also confirmed with my carrier that it is supported with them and on my device.
The problem arises when I attempt to either purchase an app or make an in-app purchase, the payment method does not show up as an avaliable method to use, my other methods do except for the mobile billing.
I have added and removed the payment method, updated software, signed out of ITunes and app store services, made sure my region and address is set to correctly and multiple other steps.
I troubleshooted with my carrier who state no issue on their end and reffered me to Apple Support. I contacted them and they state no issue and refer me back to my carrier.
I am at a loss and looking for some support.
My carrier is 3 and I live in Ireland.
If anybody can help with this it would be much appreciated.
