Unresponsive Space in the center of the screen

There's a invisible part of my iPad that is not responding to touch. It's a line that goes right down the middle of the screen in landscape mode. You can't see it but I notice it when I try to drag and down anything from one side of the screen to the other. I've tried troubleshooting: force restart, checking the storage space, updating, removing the screen protector and checking the charger cable. I'm not really sure what to do.


Any suggestion or help is absolutely appreciated.

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to hand-on test and assess your iPad. If you iPad has a fault, you’ll be in the best possible place to explore your available options:
