transfer video from PC to iPhone photo app

I have a video that was recorded on my wife's iPhone that i transferred to my Windows PC some time ago. I would like to know how to transfer it to my iPhone so that it appears in the photo app. Specifically it is a slo-mo video that i would like it so that it appears in the slo-mo subfolder in the photos app. thanks

How do I transfer video files from iPhone? I have a bunch of video files ON my iPhone 15 Pro Max that I need to transfer to a MBP. The only option I see is to transfer to a cloud or use airdrop which isn't helpful. IS there a way to just transfer via usb cable like with a normal recording device?

how to save downloaded video to my Photos gallery? I tried to move video file from PC to iPhone with cable and iTunes, but it was impossible. There was no apps to take care of this function. So I uploaded the video to wetransfer, and then downloaded it to my iPhone. Now the file is there, but I cannot save it to my Photos gallery, so that I could use it on the video editor (YouCut). How can I move/save the file so that I could start to work with it? This was so simple with Android phone, but with iPhone everything is very complicated (and I wonder why... why why)
