Amazon Music via Apple CarPlay terrible audio

Amazon Music has terrible audio via Apple CarPlay. Very tinny sounding, not full.

Bluetooth sounds fine but I obviously then lose the CarPlay features.

podcasts and others through apple car play sound normal.

its in my Honda pilot. Screen shot of what the dash looks like when it’s going on. And hands free Alexa is turned off. And if I try a different audio channel while it’s going on I get an error.

I have the same issue! Spotify sounds great. Amazon music via blue tooth sounds great just not through apple car play. Sounds like a AM radio station.

is it a carplay or phone setting??

I have amazon music settings all to best quality.
