I was wondering how anyone would get a response from someone if they have a post limit

If you’re not encountering posting-related throttling, you’re either past the limit at Level 3 (if not past it at Level 2), or you are not posting often enough to trigger the throttling. 🤷🏼♀️
Apple AFAIK has not discussed the implementation details of the spam-related throttling. And changes in the implementation details across the decades would not surprise.

Oh you’re the person who i saw say that once you hit level 2 it’ll lift I thought it was you
Yup… keep in mind, this is not a fact, but a theory of mine. However, I have it on good authority that it is most likely true.
