The tech note you offered does not show how to get the blood oxygen level to show with all the other data correlated with the sleep app. I would like to see blood oxygen with heart rate and respiration data that is captured during sleep. I bought a new watch with that expectation
Thanks Carol, I looked at the free version of autosleep and did not see that it reads the blood oxygen values and correlates them with heart rate and respiration. The only thing it adds over the standard apple sleep app is that it can record snoring and other sounds and I am not interested in that.
I do not remember paying for that app. It has been a while so I may have forgotten. But it definitely shows more than you describe. This is my summary page. If you tap any of the items, it takes you to more detail. But the graph nicely overlays BPM, respiration and SpO2 lines hour by hour during sleep.
I use the Apple sleep app along with an app called AutoSleep. It separately shows Time Asleep, Sleep Rating, Sleep SpO2, Respiration Rate and more. You can also view a graph that shoes heart bpm, noise, respiration and SpO2. You may want to check it out. You can download by opening the Watch app. It should be available under Available Apps. It’s free.
