What happened with iPhone 6 in 2016?

mine died, not turn on again, why? main reason? nobody give me an answer, not Apple Store at Dad eland, not the store at 36 St., where we got those phones, It’s not fair to treat Customers like this.

So Please even if is date August 2016, an answer have to be given.

2 phones, you can’t trough your money to the garbage and buy new ones, This one I paid kinda a lot of money, So? What are you going to do to resolve my problem?

An answer is highly appreciated. ASAP.

That day looks like was not only me having problem with Apple iPhone’s 16, other people were at Apple store with the same problem, so Why? I need an answer from Apple.
