Changing payment method is bugged: Telling me there is an active subscription, while all subscriptions are inactive
I expect to be able to change the payment method: Bancontact. But each time I click to remove the payment method it reads: "There is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file".
All my subscriptions are clearly inactive and expired.
Solutions I tried but did not work.
1) Changing country in the Apple store, yet it is not possible: "You have a store credit balance, you must spend your balance before you can change stores." (So I need to find a way to spend the 0,33 Euro?)
2) Reset Iphone settings.
