Today I was charged $10.85 from a Dave Cupertino with Apple. Who is this and what am I being charged for?
If you see a charge from a "Dave Cupertino", I would suggest following the steps in the Support article, and also contacting your bank to see if the charges are really from Apple.
If the charges don't match anything on Apple's purchase/billing list, and the charge to your card says something like "Dave Cupertino" (not just "Cupertino", the location of Apple headquarters), this could be a scam charge to your account by someone who is pretending to be Apple in hopes that you will not notice the scam.
Your bank can help you sort out whether the charge is really from Apple or not. If it is not from Apple, then you may well want to dispute it – and maybe have the bank close out your current card number and give you a new one.

What is Cupertino bill?????
When Apple charges your credit card for whatever you've purchased (music, movies, TV shows, subscriptions, apps, in-app purchases), your credit card company may show the charge as something like
APPLE.COM/BILL CUPERTINO CA Digital Account Number (whatever)
This indicates that the line item
"BILL CUPERTINO" is not a person's name. It's just that the credit card company and/or Apple concatenate the parts of the line using nothing other than spaces, and the "/" following "APPLE.COM".
In other parts of the world, you might see the location of some regional headquarters, in place of CUPERTINO. I think I saw a thread where someone mentioned getting a bill where the location was in Ireland.
I get separate e-mails from Apple indicating what the bills are for, in more detail. E.g. – leaving out the parts with my personal details:
This is clear about what the charge is, what it is for, and when the next one will be.
I believe that you can turn some of these e-mails on and off, so if you've purchased something and you don't have e-mails turned on, you might need to follow the directions in the Support article to check your purchase history.

BTW – just a guess - but $11.98 might be the monthly charge for an individual Apple Music Subscription, if you lived in a state with a 9% sales tax.
$10.99 for the Apple Music subscription, $0.99 for your State and local governments.

Have you read the Support article?
You have to check your own billing history; double-check with Apple if that doesn't clear things up; and contact your bank, if necessary.
We are fellow customers and have no access to your Apple ID account and your bank account to be able to "fix" things for you.
RE: “I want this refunded now!!!”
We are fellow users who have no ability to access your purchase and credit card history, and who will not refund you for anything. Apple does not handle billing issues through these forums, although there are some Apple employees who moderate the posts here.
You need to review your own purchase history and subscriptions, and contact the appropriate company (e.g., Apple).

We didn't take any money out of your account.
This is a user-to-user forum. Except to moderate this forum, Apple mostly is not here. Likewise, app vendors are for the most part, not here. And your bank is not here.
Read the previously mentioned Support articles, review your purchases, and then contact the appropriate parties, if necessary.

It’s a shame to let this go on!Ripping so many people off for what? Its not cool and we don’t appreciate that at all so put a stop to it it’s BS and theft and not professional at all!!
If Apple is charging for things that people bought, or subscribed to, how is that "ripping so many people off"?
Yes, they may string out billing at various times of the month. If you subscribe to iCloud+, and to Apple Music, you'll probably get one monthly charge for iCloud+, and another for Apple Music, rather than a single bill where they put everything on it. But that's not "ripping you off", "BS", or "theft."
If you buy something from them (or from a third party via one of the stores), you're going to be charged for your purchase. Is that so hard to understand?
Just as it is their responsibility to bill you accurately, it is your responsibility to double-check your bills first rather than screaming "ripping so many people off" or "BS" or "theft" just because you can't be bothered to match the bills to your own subscriptions and purchases.
First, try to identify the charge using the directions in the Apple Support article.
If you can’t identify the charge, or there is a problem, contact Apple.
if after all this, it appears that the charge is not from Apple, but is fraudulent, contact your bank. In the U.S., you have the right to dispute a credit card charge - and if the bank agrees with you, they can reverse it.

Is this just where u just talk about getting two charges for $5.40 six times in a month on a brand new card, for a subscription that doesn’t show in your Apple subscriptions. Cause I don’t see where the answers are. I need solutions
This is a user-to-user forum, not a hotline to Apple. We have no access to your purchase history, your billing records, and your bank statements, and have no ability to deliver "solutions" to you on a silver platter.
I can tell you for certain that I am not an employee of whomever might be billing you – and I suspect the same would be true for the others who try to help people here.
You need to look at your own purchase history, then contact Apple and/or your bank as appropriate to figure things out.
I just got my whole savings depleted from Cupertino charge and don’t know what or why it was charged I’m confused….
